"Stopped in this library because I had jury duty in the area - and I love libraries! I like the older style architecture; there's in interesting winding staircase that goes up to the top level. After checking out the books up there, I meandered through the space on the first floor. A bit stuffy, maybe due to age, but a great resource in the community nonetheless."

"Librarians and Library Staff are the heroes of America and JCPL Miller staff are a fine example of that. They are so helpful and kind it moves your heart. The projects and activities for kids are well thought-out and organized. I saw one staff member come up to a kid who reached out to her for a hug. I asked, "Is that your daughter"? and the librarian said,"No, just one of our children who's been coming here since she was little". I also met a young woman outside the library who was greeting other kids coming and going. She proudly identified herself as the "teen representative on the library board." Now that's the way we build leadership and civic responsibility. (Not mention the child's self-esteem). I wholeheartedly endorse Miller Library as a solid community-based resource and its staff, as nurturing healers of this world we are now living in.\nMary Dooley"

Difference between 'new operator' and 'operator new'?
A new expression is the whole phrase that begins with new. So what do you call just the "new" part of it? If it's wrong to call that the new operator, then we should not call "sizeof" the sizeof operator, or & the address-of operator (when it behaves like one).
