Climbing the tower with an infant? We will be stopping here on a road trip. I'm just curious if there are any rules (or suggestions) to climbing the tower with a 6 month old (in a carrier of course). Obviously its a lot of steps to carry a baby up, but is it safe enough to have an infant or will we need to take turns going up while the other stays on the ground with the baby?

Hello SRIndy15, I do not recall seeing any rules or regulations concerning climbing the tower. There were none posted at the tower. You should contact the owners for specific information. If you are in good physical condition you should not have any difficulty climbing the tower. However, remember that climbing the tower is equivalent to walking to the top of a ten story building. There are platforms at regular intervals but it’s a lot of effort under the best conditions. The tower is not enclosed so it may also be windy as you near the top. I would strongly suggest that you take turns climbing the tower and leave the baby safely at ground level. Have a great road trip!
