We support sustainable Butterfly Farming worldwide through trade: This devalues collected specimens and preserves rainforest and other habitats. We also manage our own Nature Reserve, commissioned from Barnaby Millard, Conservation Landscape Architect. Wye Valley Butterfly Zoo is heated only by renewable energy.

Avoid this place unless you're happy to just throw money away. You pay for a parking ticket and then get a fine. This place doesn't help with the tickets and are probably in on the scam taking some %…Full review by BristolmaryJ
DID THE PARKING TICKET APPEAL END IN CUSTOMER FAVOUR ?? NO it did not, regardless of the zero good signage in the car park there is no winning an appeal against parking eye, ruthless money grabbers. will never visit or take clients to this place again. disgusted !!

Mines did. I kept the ticket and asked when was the machine calibrated. We won’t be back either and I’m still not letting it go.

It’s their system that is at fault not us. Apparently legal action is being started against them. Luckily I’ve still got my ticket, but I’m over by 29 seconds from ticket purchase and 5 minutes from arrival of car park. It’s ridiculous!
Getting very worried about so alleged parking scam at the Butterfly Zoo. We was coming to visit, we are old age pensioners and could not afford a fine. Is this still the case with the parking here. Kind regards Mrs Donnia Cardell
