Dragonfly on Blueberry Hill is a former B&B which is now our family home. The main house has six bedrooms, all with window A/C units, and 41/2 bathrooms, a ground floor master with private bathroom, a lower guest suite with bedroom, living room, bathroom and separate entrance and private patio. There are four bedrooms on the second floor with two full bathrooms. There is a very cozy and air conditioned amply sized self contained studio apartment over the garage "The Nest", with a full bath as well as an eat-in kitchen area. Dragonfly is very private yet convenient to Payne's Dock (1/2 mile), to Town (1 1/2 miles) and the beaches (1 1/2). It is also in walking distance of the playground and skateboard park (less than 1/2 mile). The house is fully furnished and very well equipped. There are flat screen TV's in the family room plus the master bedroom, the nest bedroom and the downstairs studio. There is internet wi-fi in the main house. All the beds have comfortable pillows and mattresses.
