Hi we are doing the trail from Frodsham over 3 days this summer. Is there a secure car park in Frodsham to leave the car? We were intending to get the train back from Whitchurch to Frodsham to pick up the car.
I want to access the sandstone trail but everything I look at revolves around having a car to reach the start of your walk. Not all of us have a car but would still like to walk but how can we reach places like this on foot. for example from Chester or Frodsham?

We are from Sheffield and did the trip without a car - we got the train to Frodsham and from there, it's a 2 min walk to the start of the trail. We walked to Whitchurch over 3 days and then got the train home from Whitchurch - far from impossible!
