Spent a couple of hours here at the weekend. Had a lovely meal in the courtyard and drinks on the terrace. Great walk around the grounds and lake. The whole place is immaculate and well maintained.Full review by WherenextX4

My wife and I have been members for some five years or so and continued to support the House through the Covid years. We usually go with our grand children when we visit. As you have now closed the penguin area and bird garden and shortly to close the "farm", along with reduction of use of Bakery and outdoor play areas for long overdue much needed improvements ,we feel it unfair on members that no reduction in prices or even free complimentary passes have been offered to members like us who will now face an extended period of reduced attractions. Please could you be good enough to consider what can be offered to long standing members in order to acknowledge their support and enforced reduced facilities
