Agree with the above and the park closes the gates at 11pm or 10pm. There is a sign. There is some construction in that area so rush hour is busy but otherwise it is central of the city …

There are no bike rentals that I have ever seen. The park is fairly large but the main part where all the picnic sites, ball park and main buildings are located is small enough to walk around. Parking is ample so you can always park and walk and then drive a bit, get out and walk some more.
