Why not visit in the morning to watch the sunrise or in the evening for magical sunsets and great photo opportunities. The website says sunrise and sunset visits are incredible. However, the booking site shows opening time of 8:00. Are visitors allowed to go earlier than that? If so, is there still a fee to enter or park if before 8:00? Thank you!

the parking lot i believe is gated...so you'd have to park on the road, which might be frowned upon? But i'm not sure!
