These caverns are an amazing phenomenon. The tour is offered every 30 minutes and is very cool. They talk about the history and formations of the cavern.Full review by Oliver K

Wheelchairs "ARE" allowed inside, all the walkways are concrete and flat. There is two sections wheelchairs can not go in for one is too narrow and the other is 15 steps. Your tour guide will professionally guide you through safely and is well trained for all disabilities.

Do you have to hike to get to it? And should you wear sneakers or hiking boots?

You don’t have to hike to get there. There may be slippery spots inside, wear shoes with traction.

I would think you’d have to carry him. It’s not that big. Probably about 20-30 minutes. They do turn all the lights off for a few minutes.
