ROSE COTTAGE (Cancellations due to covid restrictions will be fully refunded) Built in the 1890s, this was the original farm cottage that has since been updated to make it cosy and relaxed self contained, private accommodation for up to 4 adults. -- open plan living and dining area with adjoining kitchen. -- 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a double plus a single bed. We encourage guests to bring their own linen (Sheets, pillow cases and bath towels). If linen is requested please note the additional fee of $75 per stay. Doonas, blankets, pillows and tea towels are provided. -- main bathroom has a toilet, shower, basin and laundry facilities. -- second toilet with basin is adjacent to the bedrooms. -- fully equipped kitchen including Saeco coffee machine -- living room includes a wood heater and also a reverse cycle heater/air conditioner. --an enclosed carport -- small fully fenced garden.
