You will not regret visiting Villa Pisani. Here's how to get there from Venice: Go to the train station, walk WEST towards the mainland and Causeway until you reach the first footbridge, which you should cross to the other side of the Grand Canal. There is a large bus yard there and the ticket kiosk is on the right as you cross the bridge. Get tickets to Stra on Bus No. 53 and say you are going to Villa Pisani. It is about a one hour ride to Stra. Then it is about a 10-15 minute walk back along the route the bus had taken to the Villa. It is a very easy walk to make and is not complicated. Villa Pisani is more than worth the effort to get there. Don't miss it!
