Pretty unique experience. You’ll want to be reasonably ambulent as there are a few bits you have to stoop. The kids loved it. Mike, the guide, was great!Full review by Richard C

Questions & answers

Q:
Is the car park big enough for motorhome parking?
A:
Yes. There is plenty of space there.
Q:
Can you take dogs in
A:
No, some of the walkways are a type of metal scaffold and would probably hurt doggos feet. Also some parts are very dark and would probably be scary for them

Physically he might be OK however, if a member of my family was the same as your Father-in-law I would not be happy with them visiting the cave. As mentioned above there is some serious bending and stooping which could place unnecessary strain on his heart. I would be very concerned about the 'what ifs' and any subsequent rescue.
Q:
Is this a suitable place for a 2 year old?
A:
personally I wouldn’t take a 2 year old into the caves. It gets a bit narrow in places and holding hands or guiding the little one through may be a struggle. Not saying it’s impossible.
Q:
Do you still turn the lights off to show how dark it is?
A:
Yes they did
