Truthfully, I was not a fan of the biosphere. It was not very interesting, nor are the exhibits presented in a very interesting manner for children. If you do go, take the subway as a boat just makes for a longer trip.

It truly depends on what you want to do. There are some interactive exhibits and a few films. If you're enjoying yourself, maybe give 2 hours. If not, you could max out at 1.
