Fantastic place! Suggest taking a tour and visiting - so much history! Whether its your own boat or a guided tour, its worth the visit. Visiting the Fall means colder weather but not as crowded.Full review by Ana B

Love this area, there is so much to do: visit the small towns, do a boat ride, camp, just visit for the day. So pretty and unique, and I like the history of rich people of old buying up little island…Full review by Ginger B R

Depending on the time of year it might be crowded before Labor Day. But after, if you’re looking for a hotel I’m sure you’ll be able to find one. But there are plenty of houses for rent, B&Bs etc. One of my favorite areas in the East!
