We are excited that we will be in Belgium for 5 days in Nov. I'm confused on booking "free" tours. It indicates there is a cost involved. Please clarify whether the tour is free or there is a cost on booking? Thank you.

Dear, This is a pay-as-you-wish guided tour at the end of the visit. You pay for the visit, but it is you who decides how much to pay the guide. Regard ;-)
I arrive to Brussels 11 AM and have only one day as I will leave the next day. Is it better to have the grand place tour or to go to mini Europe and atomism ?
