Whether it’s stuffing a cherry filling inside a doughnut or airbrushing the design of the blossoms onto the foam of a latte, many of the city’s food and beverage locales have introduced an array of treats inspired by the pretty-pink flowers.

Peak bloom has been reached for the cherry blossom trees in Washington, D.C., as millions of travelers and tourists arrive. A National Park Service ranger shared tips for seeing the blooms.
