As outlined in a new biography about Gwyneth Paltrow, the actress’s sex life with former boyfriend Ben Affleck was apparently hot and heavy—so much so that, according to the book’s author Amy Odell, they couldn’t keep their hands off of one another, even on set.

FYI, Gwyneth opened up about her relationship with Ben during Call Her Daddy saying that both he and Brad Pitt were "good kissers," and that when it came to who was better in bed, "That is really hard. Because Brad was like the sort of major chemistry, love of your life, kind [of hookup]. And then Ben was, like, technically excellent."

In her new book Gwyneth: The Biography, Amy Odell writes that Gwyneth Paltrow's friends reportedly thought Ben Affleck was "not a good boyfriend." Affleck and Paltrow were an on-again-off-again couple from 1997 to 2000. Although they did not work out romantically, Paltrow said in a 2015 interview that she is still friends with him.
