Former New York Giants kicker Jay Feely said Tuesday he is running in a GOP Arizona congressional primary. He has no political experience but the Trump follower said God called him to run in the solidly GOP district.

Republican Jay Feely, a former NFL kicker and sports commentator, is running to succeed Rep. Andy Biggs in Arizona's 5th District.

Feely, 48, will be running for a U.S. House of Representatives seat in Arizona's 5th Congressional district in the 2026 midterm elections. The former New York Giants kicker will be looking to replace Rep. Andy Biggs, who is looking to run for governor in Arizona.
