Tributes have been paid to a "loved and adored" man who died in a plane crash in India. Ashwin Harrington, 27, from Sudbury, Suffolk, was one of the 242 passengers and crew killed when a London-bound Air India aircraft crashed in Ahmedabad on Thursday.

A flight bound for London Gatwick carrying 242 passengers and crew has crashed shortly after taking off from Ahmedabad Airport.

Of the 270 dead, 241 were passengers and cabin crew on the London-bound flight. The remaining were killed when the plane crashed into a college hostel
