The Reno Police Department (RPD) is reporting a critical incident at the Grand Sierra Resort on Monday morning. People are asked to remain out of the area.

Police cars from the Washoe County Sheriff's office, Reno and Sparks Police Departments block areas of the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino. At 7:25 a.m. on July 28, Reno police responded to a shooting at the GSR. A total of six people were shot by an unidentified male suspect. Two people died at the scene and a third at the hospital.
