CLEVELAND (WJW) — The Fox 8 I-Team has learned that the attorney for the man accused of killing Aliza Sherman in 2013 wants additional testing of DNA found on the watch and wristband of the victim.

The I-Team has learned the lawyer for Gregory Moore will try to have the case thrown out.
