WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - A Carthage man is accused of child endangerment for allegedly leaving a child alone in a Watertown home. City police arrested 64-year-old James Ostrom on Sunday.

The 6-year-old Anatolian Pyrenees came home Tuesday morning with a toddler who'd gone missing the day before in a remote part of Arizona.
