Bucs wideout Chris Godwin had a chance to catch the ball but did not get his eyes on it fast enough. “They had a guy pressed on me,” Godwin said, according to the Tampa Bay Times.

A closer look at the play makes it pretty clear Godwin pushed off to create separation. He should have been flagged for offensive pass interference, but none was coming from the side judge.
