This week, the Supreme Court upheld the Biden administration’s regulation of ghost guns in a 7-2 decision. Ghost guns are privately assembled, untraceable firearms. Meaning gun kits are now classified as firearms under the Gun Control Act of 1968.

The decision clears the way for federal authorities to continue restricting the sale of kits for assembling untraceable weapons at home — at least for now.
