The chandeliers in the three rooms are each an average height of eight feet and they are made of Whitefriars crystal from the Whitefriars Glassworks in London. They were originally lit by candles.
Nearly £50,000 has been awarded to Sandwell Archives to catalogue a historic glassworks collection. The funding, totalling £49,055, comes from The National Archives' Archives Revealed grant programme.
