ROCKWOOD, Tenn. (WATE) — All eastbound lanes of Interstate 40 past Rockwood Airport Road are blocked after at least one tractor-trailer overturned, leaving large amounts of debris across the roadway.
TDOT announced I-40 East lane closures near MM 363 in Loudon County for bridge repairs, potentially causing delays.
Officials report a high traffic impact near mile marker 179 in Davie County.
According to Highway Patrol, the crash happened on I-40 east at Mile Marker 286, northeast of Morrisville near North Harrison Avenue.
