Ohio will soon require more of its residents to complete driver’s education before receiving a license, thanks to a provision included in the state’s recently passed operating budget.

People under 21 years old will soon need to undergo a full driver's education course before being allowed to get their driver's license in Ohio.

Under the new law, anyone 21 and under must now complete a full driver’s education course and 50 hours of supervised practice.
