Howard County’s health department has issued a precautionary health alert for a sewage overflow at an I-95 rest stop.

FAIRFAX, Va. — Virginia State Police are asking for the public's help locating the dump truck that hit an overhead highway sign along I-95 and kept going.

The dump truck, heading north on I-95 in the left lane, struck the overhead sign near the 168-mile marker, just south of Route 289/Franconia-Springfield Parkway, state police said.
