Dallas Cowboys star Trevon Diggs and EVP Stephen Jones shared an on-field moment during Thursday's practice which led to some brilliant fan reactions.

Diggs notably rehabbed his surgically repaired left knee away from the Cowboys. Now, he could return on his own timeline.

Both Jerry and Stephen Jones express their wish that Diggs step up in a leadership role on the team. "He certainly paid a price for not being here," Stephen Jones said to 105.3 The Fan.
