One week after a mass shooting at Brown University left two students – Ella Cook and MukhammadAziz Umurzokov – dead and nine other students wounded, law enforcement continues to investigate the motive for that attack, and the later killing of Massachusetts Institute of Technology professor Nuno Loureiro.
A week after the shooting at Brown University, which killed two and injured nine others, the Brown community is remembering their deceased classmates, Ella Cook and MukhammadAziz Umurzokov, for the vitality they brought to campus.
"We had no idea if he had a hit list and these were just the first two stops on his tour," U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts Leah Foley told ABC News.
Law enforcement released photos of a person “in proximity of the person of interest” in the shooting and a map showing where the person of interest is confirmed to have been.
A fellow Brown student and friend said the signs were there for Claudio Neves Valente's rage against his former school.
