Following the tremendous success of the previous game, Focus Entertainment officially announces Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 3.

Focus Entertainment, Saber Interactive, and Games Workshop have announced that Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 3 is officially in development.

Released in September of 2024, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 was one of the surprise hits of the year. Not only was it a commercial success, but critics also liked it. Over on Open Critic, Space Marine 2 is sitting at a "Strong" rating with a Top Critic Average of 81.

Following the supreme success of Space Marine 2, a third game is in the works.

Saber Interactive is introducing Public Test Servers (PTS) to its critically acclaimed third-person shooter Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2. This allows players to check out brand-new content for the game before it is publicly released.

Focus Entertainment announced Space Marine 3 on social media today. “Your duty is not done,” the post reads, teasing the continuation of the Space Marine storyline. No further details have been shared, but Focus confirmed that Space Marine 3 is officially in development at Saber Interactive and shared the first key art for the upcoming game.
