SEATTLE - Milwaukee Brewers rookie phenom Jacob Misiorowski was pulled after only 3⅔ innings and 64 pitches in the Brewers' 1-0 loss to the Seattle Mariners on July 22, which snapped their 11-game winning streak. But Misiorowski's lower pitch count was part of Milwaukee's plan going into the game.

MLB trade deadline is a little more than a week away. Teams have until 6 p.m. ET on Thursday, July 31, to make their most impactful additions to prior to the stretch run and postseason. The old August and September waiver trade system is no more.

The Milwaukee Brewers have surprisingly cemented themselves as one of the best teams in baseball. However, they still have needs to address at the trade deadline.
