It's almost time to catch summer's double meteor showers. The Southern Delta Aquariid and Alpha Capricornid meteor showers peak in the early morning of July 30.

Southern Delta Aquariids and Alpha Capricornids—will peak before dawn on July 30, lighting up the sky with minimal moonlight interference.

Known as one of the top meteor showers of the year because of its many bright shooting stars, the Perseid shower started producing some meteors on July 17 and will continue to do so through Aug. 23, according to the American Meteor Society.
