As more members of Congress make trips to El Salvador as the debate over Kilmar Abrego Garcia continues, one political analyst argues that the continuing visits could be counterproductive.

While Trump administration officials have acknowledged the deportation decision was done in error, they have said they have no power to return him to the country despite a Supreme Court ruling calling on the government to do so.
