With weather conditions rapidly evolving in parts of Texas this week, including a winter storm warning, the Texas Department of Transportation announced it would close multiple offices on Thursday. According to the National Weather Service,

At least five North Texas counties, including Collin, Dallas, Denton, Kaufman and Tarrant, were under a winter storm warning as of 9 a.m.

Crews with the Texas Department of Transportation and North Texas Tollway Authority have spent the last few days spraying the salt and water mixture.
