Active duty troops in Texas will be building permanent and temporary physical barriers to stop illegal border crossings, using intelligence analysts for the monitor and detection of migrants and military aircrafts to take detainees back to their country of origin.

EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A crash on I-10 at Zaragoza slowed down traffic in east El Paso for a couple of hours. According to the Texas Department of Transportation, a crash on I-west before Zaragoza closed lanes and backed up traffic Monday morning. TxDOT reported the scene cleared at around 11: 30 a.m.
