The discovery of a baby found dead in a shopping bag inside a bin in Notting Hill has left the community in “shock”.

The Diocese of Arlington, Virginia, is promoting a “Diocesan Day of Unplugging” on March 28 as a Lenten fasting discipline.

Roughly 100 Catholics from across the county paraded down Worth Avenue, singing hymns and reciting prayers in veneration of the Virgin Mary.
