Appleridge Senior Living will host its 3rd Annual Spring Fashion Show today, Thursday, May 8th from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Braemar Living at Montebello is a $54 million development expected to house nearly 200 residents and employ about 80 people.

Focus Healthcare Partners LLC would take control of the property, which will be managed by Chelsea Senior Living.
