Texas EquuSearch currently has a crew of volunteers searching along the Kinder-Morgan pipeline, off the 6800 block of Outlaw Bend in the Big Thicket Lake Estates area in North Liberty County.

The outstanding debt owed to the county by residents of the Big Thicket Lake Estates is $661,000. Title for some of the lots has changed hands, and possibly some new owners are unaware of the debt.
