The amount of astronomical money that modern day PGA Tour and LIV Golf players make has dramatically changed the all-time list.

The upstart Saudi-backed golf league that sent shockwaves through professional golf four years ago announced a new broadcast rights deal Thursday with Fox Sports.

Added Jordan Bazant, evp of Fox Sports, “Fox Sports is excited to broadcast the LIV Golf League, showcasing athletes at the top of their game competing at an elite level for viewers across the nation. The addition of LIV Golf is a natural fit for Fox Sports’ prominent slate of big events, world-class names and premium sports coverage.”

Fox Sports and LIV Golf agreed to a multiyear media rights deal, with plans to start broadcasts of tournaments starting in February, they announced Thursday.

Fox Sports has signed a multi-year media rights agreement with LIV Golf to broadcast its league competition in the U.S. starting next month, the network announced on Thursday.

LIV said more than half of the league’s schedule would be shown on Fox or FS1. It aired on the CW Network the last two years, and failed to gain any real traction.

The agreement marks the first time the startup league will air on a major sports TV network in the U.S. since its inception in 2022.
