PennDOT has reduced speed limits to 45 miles per hour on parts of Interstates 79, 80, and 376 in northwestern Pennsylvania.

PennDOT is urging motorists to avoid unnecessary travel but those who must head out will see speeds reduced to 45 mph on major roads.
