TAMPA, Fla. — There has been a spike in flu cases across much of Florida. In the Bay area, Pinellas and Citrus counties specifically are seeing cases rise, according to the Department of Health.

Heavy rain storms this week have led to flooding in South Tampa neighborhoods. Residents said it was caused by just 15 minutes of rain.
