Kristin Cabot’s resignation comes after it was announced that Andy Byron, the former CEO of Astronomer, had left the company.

Kristin Cabot, who served as a head of HR at data company Astronomer alongside their former CEO Andy Byron, resigned after the pair were seen embracing during a viral moment from a Coldplay concert.

Ex-Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and Kristin Cabot were caught canoodling in a new video from the July 16 Coldplay concert. A new clip shared by a fan shows the pair packing on the PDA from a different angle, before they were caught on the kiss cam.

Astronomer's head of HR, Kristin Cabot, resigned on Thursday, a week after the Coldplay kiss-cam scandal went viral.

"Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met," the IT company wrote.
