BMW's interior designs tend to be more subdued than the tech-heavy cabins seen in Audi and Mercedes-Benz models, but the new 5 Series refines the formula with clean lines and few physical controls.

The redesigned 2017 BMW 5 Series features a long list of available ... and a more potent M550i. Rear-wheel drive is standard and all-wheel drive is available on the 530i and 540i.

though 20- and 21-inch rims are offered if you prefer aesthetics over ride comfort. BMW has also branched out with the 5-Series interior, though not in the way you might initially think.
