Over half of the league is staying at home for the playoffs, but that does not stop them from remaining active. Such is the case for the Chicago Bears, who are once again searching for a new head coach after yet another disappointing season.

The Chicago Bears fired Matt Eberflus as head coach on Thanksgiving after the team suffered an embarrassing 23-20 to the Detroit Lions. With the offseason in full swing for Chicago, general manager Ryan Poles is busy at work conducting interviews for the team's next HC.

In addition to Carroll, the Bears have already requested interviews with Arizona Cardinals offensive coordinator Drew Petzing, Detroit Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson, Lions defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn and Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver.
