A project is coming together that would result in better lighting along I-55 in Ridgeland and a stretch of Old Agency Road.

"Christmas on the Mountain" kicked off Friday night. The free lights display is located at the Hillside Playground on North 14th Street. It's now in its 33rd year and features millions of LED lights.
