Peugeot has breathed new life into its iconic 205 GTi for the electric age with the unveiling of the all-new E-208 GTi.

Peugeot says the E-208 GTi's 18-inch wheels are inspired by "the iconic 'Hole' wheels of the 205 GTi," and yes I did laugh at that.

The three-letter moniker, which is synonymous with its iconic 205 GTi of the 1980s and 1990s, has been stamped onto a souped-up version of the company's e-208 EV.
