Subaru of America, Inc. has introduced the 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid at the 2025 Chicago Auto Show. This model marks the first hybrid variant of the Forester in the U.S. market. It incorporates a next-generation Subaru series-parallel hybrid system,

Forester has officially gained two new trim packages. The rugged Wilderness trim package is back, seen previously on the last-gen Forester and on other Subaru models such as the Outback and Crosstrek.

Subaru has launched the 2025 Forester Hybrid in the US, its first Hybrid Forester in the US market. It features a 2.5 L Subaru Boxer engine and an electric motor, generating 194 bhp and an EPA-estimated fuel efficiency of 35 mpg.
