There have been reports that have stated Glenn's hope to have Rodgers for the 2025 season.

Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets have decisions to make about his future this offseason, but two teammates certainly hope he's back. On Tuesday, Jets All-Pro linebacker Quincy Williams and Pro Bowl edge rusher Jermaine Johnson II agreed they want Rodgers back with the team.

Jets owner Woody Johnson told reporters regarding Rodgers’ future on the roster, “I’m going to leave that to them,” referring to the team’s new regime. He said he will not voice his opinion on the quarterback and that if Glenn and Mougey want Rodgers back, then he’s fine with that.

With the Jets having settled on their organizational hierarchy, focus will now pivot to the roster … particularly their high-priced, future Hall of Fame quarterback.
