New York Giants rookie Abdul Carter, a fierce defensive end out of Penn State drafted No. 3 overall, is poised to be one of the front runners to win Defensive Rookie of the Year this season.

Giants legend Lawrence Taylor spoke to the team — or at least to its defensive players — on Thursday, as coach Brian Daboll‘s fourth (and perhaps final) group continues with spring workouts. The Giants posted a video of the moment on Twitter.
